Frames Wheels and Gears is Whitburns local bikeshop, run by Steve Frame (How awesome is hat for a name as a bike mechanic!)
I go there every Tuesday or two for some work experience as a bike mechanic, which is good fun I like the kind of work involved in the bikeshop business, the poeple side of things is easy and the fiddly repairs and things are just as awesome. So yeah, it’s cool!

My time there has been very enjoyable so far, I can fix up most little things to do with bikes now, fit bike racks and mudguards aswell, change a inner wheel tube and recable brakes given an hour.
I really love it there,
